Our Returns Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Footwear must show no signs of wear (tried on carpet only)
  • Made-to-order and customized items cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Complete the returns form included with your order
  2. Securely package the items in their original box
  3. Attach the prepaid returns label (UK customers only)
  4. Drop at your nearest post office or arrange collection

Return Shipping

  • UK customers: Free returns via prepaid label
  • International customers: Responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service

Processing Your Return

  • Allow 3-5 working days for us to receive your return
  • Refunds processed within 5 working days after inspection
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when complete

Refund Details

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • Allow 3-10 business days for bank processing
  • Store credit available upon request

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges subject to availability
  • Contact us before returning for exchange requests
  • We cover return shipping for faulty items

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund
